WhatsApp Introduces Email Linking Feature for Enhanced Security and Functionality

WhatsApp

WhatsApp has introduced a new feature enabling users to link their email addresses to their accounts, enhancing flexibility in receiving OTP verification codes. This proves especially useful when users encounter difficulties receiving the 6-digit code via SMS or face login issues on WhatsApp. Recently, they also released a feature to use two WhatsApp accounts in one mobile.

The rollout of this feature is currently underway for iPhone users and is accessible on Android through the latest beta version. Android users interested in accessing the beta version need to enroll in the WhatsApp Beta program via the Google Play Store. To do this, navigate to the Play Store, search for WhatsApp, open the listing, and scroll down to find the “Become a Beta tester” option. Simply tap on “Join” to initiate the process.
