Step 1: You need to first contact your mutual friend and ask him to create a WhatsApp Group.
Step 2: Once mutual friend has created a group, he should add the person who has blocked you in the Group.
Step 3: Now, mutual friend should add you in the group as Admin.
Step 4: Now, mutual friend can leave the group, so you can have personal chat with the person who has blocked you.
