- In the dropdown menu, select the “Lock/Unlock Biometrics” option, which will direct you to the “Lock/Unlock Biometrics” page.
- On the “Lock/Unlock Biometrics” page, you’ll be asked to enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number accurately.
- Beneath the Aadhaar number field, a security code will be visible. Enter the characters displayed in the image or the provided text in the security code box.
- Click on the “Send OTP” button. Subsequently, you’ll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number.
- Check your mobile device for the OTP and input it into the designated field on the webpage.
- After entering the OTP, click the “Submit” or “Unlock” button to initiate the process of unlocking your biometrics.
- If you’ve successfully followed the steps and entered the correct OTP, your Aadhaar biometrics will be unlocked, and you’ll receive a confirmation message on the website.
- Additionally, you may receive an SMS on your registered mobile number confirming the successful unlocking of your biometric data.
- Your Aadhaar biometrics are now unlocked and ready for use in authentication as required.
