ASUS confirmed the Android 12 update for its Zenfone and ROG phone models. The Android 12 beta testing program is already at place with Asus Zenfone 8 users. ASUS said that this beta testing of Android 12 will help identify and fix bugs based on real user experiences before the final Android 12 roll out in December.
ASUS has promised to roll out stable update for its phones instead of beta roll out. Here is the Android 12 stable roll out schedule for ASUS phones. The ASUS ZenFone 8 series will get Android update in December. While, ROG Phone 5 and 5s series will get it in the first quarter of 2022. The Android 12 upgrades for the Zenfone 7 series and ROG Phone 3 series are expected during the first half of 2022.

Since ASUS just says that the update will start from December 2021, the roll-out should be gradual, and it will take time to reach to all the devices globally.
