ASUS announced the new ASUS ZenFone 7 and ASUS ZenFone 7 Pro Smartphone at an event in Taiwan. Both phone sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with 90Hz refresh rate, 200Hz touch sampling rate, DC Dimming. They have Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The ZenFone 7 phone is powered by Snapdragon 865, while the ZenFone 7 Pro is powered by 865+. Both the with support for 5G SA/NSA, up to 8GB LPDDR5 and run Android 10 with Zen UI 7 on top. The ZenFone 7 series pack a 5000mAh battery with support for 30W Quick Charge 4.0 fast charging.
Both ASUS ZenFone mobile comes with triple flip cameras that includes a 64MP main camera with Sony IMX686 sensor, 12MP ultra-wide camera with Sony IMX363 sensor that is also capable of shooting macro and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical and up to 12x digital zoom. While, the ASUS ZenFone 7 Pro main camera and the telephoto camera come with 4-axis OIS (optical image stabilization).
ASUS says that the Flip Camera in ZenFone 7 has new, 40% smaller, yet more powerful stepper motor and the angle sensor has offers more precise 0.5-degree steps control of the flip angle, and it can also memorize your three favorite flip positions for quick angle switching. It has been tested for 200,000 continuous flips.
