Steps on How to set custom chat wallpapers in WhatsApp
- Open WhatsApp on your device
- Open the chat window for which you want to set the custom wallpaper
- Tap on three-dots from the top right corner and tap on Wallpaper option
- Tap on Change button and choose the wallpaper of your choice
- Tap on Set wallpaper option
- Choose the option ‘For this chat <Chat name> and tap Ok
- To adjust the brightness of the wallpaper, adjust the Wallpaper Dimming slider from the bottom of the screen.
The custom chat Wallpaper will be set for WhatApp in the individual chat room. You can repeat the above step for all other chat windows wherever required.
