Xiaomi announced the Redmi 9 smartphone in Europe today officially. The Redmi 9 phone sports a 6.53-inch Full HD+ LCD water-drop display. The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 8nm SoC with up to 4GB RAM and runs Android 10 with MIUI11, upgradable to MIUI 12. It has a textured anti-fingerprint back and comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The Redmi 9 phone features quad rear cameras 13MP primary camera, 8MP 118° ultra-wide angle lens, 5MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front side it has an 8M camera. This phone packs a 5020mAh battery with 18W fast charging, but comes with 10W charger in the box.

The phone packs 5020mAh battery with 18W fast charging. The phone has a size measurement of 163.32 x 77.01 x 9.1 mm and weight is 198g.
Pricing and Availability
The Redmi 9 is priced at €149 for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, while it costs €179 for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage versions. The phone comes in Ocean Green, Sunset Purple and Carbon Gray colors.
However, these phones are currently available at an offer price of €139 (US$ 158 / Rs. 11,960 approx.) and €169 (US$ 192 / Rs. 14,545 approx.) for a limited period.
