The smartphone sports a 5.8-inch Super AMOLED Infinity display at a resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels with 570 ppi pixel density and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
It is powered by Snapdragon 835 octa core processor for the US models and Exynos 8895 Octa core processor for few other markets and runs on TouchWiz UI which is based on Android 7.0 (Nougat) out of the box.
The device comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal memory which can be expanded using microSD card.
The mobile has 12-megapixel primary camera with LED Flash, f/1.7 aperture, 1/2.55″ sensor size, OIS, 1.4µm pixel size and 8-megapixel front camera with f/1.7 aperture, 1/3.6″ sensor size, 1.22µm pixel size, 80-degree wide-angle lens.

The mobile is equipped with fingerprint, heart rate, gyro, accelerometer and Iris sensors besides supporting 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz), VHT80 MU-MIMO, Bluetooth v 5.0 (LE up to 2Mbps), GPS with GLONASS, USB 3.1, NFC, MST connectivity features.

Galaxy S8 is packed with 3000mAh battery with fast charging support both on wired and wireless (WPC and PMA) charging and weighs 152 grams with 148.9 x 68.1 x 8.0mm size measurements.
Price and Availability
The Burgundy Red color variant of the Galaxy S8 is currently available for Rs. 49,990. There is also a cashback offer of Rs. 10,000 from Paytm.
Although, Samsung Galaxy S8 is available in Maple Gold, Arctic Silver, Coral Blue, Orchid Gray and Midnight Black colors. Since the Samsung Galaxy S8 Burgundy Red is Limited Edition, there might be limited stocks.
