To mark the celebration of the New Year and to compete with other telecom operators in India like Airtel, the Reliance Jio has introduced its latest plans which is being called as Happy New Year 2018 plans at prices Jio 199 and Jio 299. In addition to the daily data advantages, these two Reliance Jio Happy New Year Plans support Jio App benefits, SMS, national roaming, free voice calling for Prime members.
Reliance Jio Happy New Year Plans
The Jio 199 plan will provide you 1.2GB data of 4G data every day for a period of 28 days. It means that you would get 33.6 GB of high speed data, besides the free calling and other Jio benefits.
The other Jio plan which is priced at Rs 299 also shares the same validity of 28 days. Anyways, you would get 2 GB data everyday and other same Jio benefits. Post the 2 GB, the speed of your internet connection would get decreased to 128 Kbps.
However, the current Rs 509 plan which also provides 2 GB data per day for a period of 49 days provides better value for the money. These plans will go live from December 24, 2017.
On the other hand, Airtel and Vodafone offer 1 GB data plan per day for Rs 199 and their 2 GB plan costs Rs 349 which means that the Jio is once again back in the game with a cheaper plan to woo the customers.
