
Asus introduced the company’s latest smartphone, Asus Zenfone Max Plus (M1) in Russia. The mobile has 5.7-inch FHD+ full-screen display at an aspect ratio of 18:9. The device has fingerprint sensor on the backside besides packing a massive 4130 mAh battery.

Display
The smartphone sports a 5.7-inch Full HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display at a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels.
Platform
It is powered by 1.5 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750T 64-bit processor with Mali-T860 GPU and runs on Zen UI 4.0 which is based on Android 7.0 (Nougat) out of the box.
Storage
The device comes in 2 GB and 3 GB RAM variants. While the former is equipped with 16 GB internal storage, the latter comes with 64 GB internal storage. The memory can be expanded to 256 GB using the microSD card.
Camera
- It has 16MP rear camera with LED Flash, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, secondary 8MP camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens.
- The front camera in the smartphone is an 8MP front-facing camera with 85-degree wide-angle lens, f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity and Sensors
The device is equipped with a fingerprint sensor to provide an extra layer of security besides supporting 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Dual SIM (nano + nano) connectivity features.
Battery and Dimensions
The mobile packs a 4130 mAh battery and weighs 160 grams with 152.6×73×8.8mm size measurements.
Price and availability
The smartphone will be available in Black, Silver and Gold colors. It is expected to go on sale in Russia very soon. However, there is no any official news regarding the availability or price as of now.
