Meizu announced the company’s latest budget smartphone, Meizu M6 in China. The mobile packs 5.2-inch HD display, runs on FlymeOS 6 which is based on Android 7.0 (Nougat) out of the box and much more. Let us now have a detailed look at its specifications.

Display
The smartphone sports a 5.2-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display at a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels with 450 nits brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio.
Platform
It is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 (4 x 1.5GHz A53 + 4 x 1.0GHz A53) processor with Mali T860 GPU and runs on FlymeOS 6.0 which is based on Android 7.0 (Nougat) out of the box.
Storage
The device comes in 2 GB / 3 GB RAM variants. While the former is equipped with 16 GB internal storage, the latter comes with 32 GB internal storage. The storage memory can be expanded to 128 GB using the microSD card.
Camera
The mobile comes with a 13MP rear camera with 4-color RGBW flash, PDAF, f/2.2 aperture and 8MP front-facing camera, f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity
It supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS / GLONASS and Hybrid Dual SIM (nano+nano/microSD) connectivity features.

The smartphone packs a 3070 mAh battery and weighs 143 grams with 148.2 x 72.8 x 8.3mm size measurements.
Price and availability
Meizu M6 will be available in Electric Blue, Matte Black, Champagne Gold and Moonlight Silver colors at 699 yuan (US$ 106 / Rs. 6,835 approx.) and (US$ 136 / Rs. 8,795 approx.) for the 2 GB RAM – 16 GB ROM and 3 GB RAM – 32 GB storage variants respectively.
