Vivo launched the company’s latest mid-range selfie-focused smartphone, Vivo Y69 in India. The mobile runs on Nougat out of the box and comes with a fingerprint sensor on the front. Let us now have a detailed look at its specifications.

The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch 2.5D curved glass display at a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

It is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750 (4 x 1.5GHz A53 + 4 x 1.0GHz A53) processor with Mali T860 GPU and runs on Funtouch OS 3.2 which is based on Android 7.0 (Nougat) out of the box.

Storage

The device comes with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage that can be expanded to 256 GB using microSD card.

Camera

It has a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, Samsung S5K3L8 sensor and 16MP front-facing camera with soft Moonlight flash, f/2.0 aperture, Samsung S5K3P3ST sensor.

Connectivity and sensors

The device is equipped with a fingerprint sensor on the front side besides supporting 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS connectivity features.

Battery and dimensions

The mobile packs 3000mAh (non-removable) battery and weighs 162.8 grams with 154.6 x 75.7 x 7.7mm size measurements.

Price and availability

The smartphone will be available in Matte Black and Champagne Gold colors at Rs 14,990 via Flipkart, Amazon and other offline retailers in the country from September 1.

As far as the specifications of the device are concerned, the Vivo Y69 is an excellent appliance.
