As promised, Meizu announced the company’s latest smartphone, Meizu M6 Note at an event in China. Let us now have a detailed look at its specifications.

Meizu M6 Note Specifications

Display

The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch 2.5D curved glass display at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with 1000:1 contrast ratio.

Platform

It is powered by 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 Mobile Platform with Adreno 506 GPU and runs on Flyme OS 6 which is based on Android 7.1.2 (Nougat) out of the box.

Storage

The device comes with 3 GB RAM – 16 GB / 32 GB ROM and 4 GB RAM – 64 GB ROM storage variants. The internal memory can be expanded using the microSD card.

Camera

It has 12MP rear camera with dual-tone quad-LED flash,  Sony IMX362/ Samsung 2L7 sensor, f/1.9 aperture, 1.4um pixel size, 6P lens, secondary 5MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, 5P lens.

Connectivity and Sensors

The device comes with a fingerprint sensor on board to provide an extra layer of security besides supporting 4G voLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz & 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and Hybrid Dual SIM (nano+nano/microSD) connectivity features.

Battery and Dimensions

The mobile packs a 4000 mAh battery with fast charging technology and weighs 173 grams with 154.6 x 75.2 x 8.35mm size measurements.

Price and availability

The smartphone will be available in Gold, Blue and Black colors at a price of 1099 yuan (US$ 165 / Rs. 10570 approx.), 1299 yuan (US$ 195 / Rs. 12,500 approx.) and 1699 yuan (US$ 255/ Rs. 16,350 approx.) for the 3GB RAM with 16GB storage version, 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version respectively.
