In collaboration with the search giant Google, General Mobile has announced the company’s latest budget 4G smartphone, General Mobile GM 5 in the ‘Android One’ lineup. Let us have a look at the specification of the device in detail.
General Mobile GM 5 Specifications
The Smartphone sports a 5-inch OnCell IPS display at a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by 1.2 GHz Quad-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor with Adreno 306 GPU and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat). The device comes with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory which can be expanded to 64 GB using microSD.
It has a 13 MP primary camera with 1080p video recording, dual LED flash and a 5 MP Selfie camera. The device supports GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 4G LTE in Single/ Dual SIM variants. It features a 2500 mAh battery and weighs 160 grams.
General Mobile GM 5 will be available in Gold, Space Gray and Black colors in 20 countries through carrier stores or authorized sales points in Uzbekistan, Turkey, Tunisia, Serbia, Pakistan, Netherlands, Moldova, Luxembourg, Kenya, Irag, Greece, Ghana, Georgia, Cyprus, Croatia, Bosnia, Belgium, Afghanistan, Albania and Azerbaijan. There is no news yet regarding the pricing of the mobile.
