Have you been playing Pokemon Go? Then there’s a good chance that you might live longer. Yes, a research project from Stanford University and Microsoft Research has found that if you play Pokemon Go, you could live longer. The paper that was published with title, “Influence of Pokemon Go on Physical Activity: Study and Implications” (pdf link) illustrates the effect of Pokemon Go on those who play it.
It is known already worldwide that the more you indulge in physical activity, the more there are chances for you to live. On the other hand, the people who do not have an active lifestyle, but only sit and work are more likely to die at an early age. So, if you belong to the latter, it must be high time for you to start playing Pokemon Go.

According to the study:
“Pokemon Go leads to significant increases in physical activity over a period of 30 days, with particularly engaged users increasing their activity by 1,473 steps a day on average.”
However, we all know that anything which increases the physical activity can add more number of years in your life. And to do so, you don’t have to play only Pokemon Go. You can also do the same by joining a gym or playing a new sport. In fact, you will find much results that way.
