Moto Z Play, the latest Smartphone from the family of Motorola is now official. It has a fingerprint sensor on board with support for Moto Mods.

Moto Z Play sports a 5.5-inch full HD Super AMOLED display at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with 403 ppi and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. It is powered by a 3 GB RAM and 2 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor with Adreno 506 GPU and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) to deliver a great user experience. It comes with an internal storage of 64 GB and can be expanded up to 2 TB using microSD.

Moto Z Play has 16 MP primary camera with f/2.0 aperture, 1.3um pixel, PDAF, Laser Auto-focus, dual-tone LED Flash and a 5 MP Selfie camera with LED Flash, Wide-angle lens. It also has a fingerprint sensor on board to provide an extra layer of security. The Smartphone supports Single Nano-SIM / Dual SIM, USB Type-C port, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz) and 4G LTE. The device boasts 3.5 mm audio jack, Water repellent nano-coating and Moto Mods connector.

It relies on a 3510 mAh battery with Turbo Charging and weighs 165 grams.

Moto Z Play Availability

Moto Z Play is priced at US $449.99 (Rs. 30,123 approx.) and will be available in Sugar White, Fine Gold, Black Slate, Silver and Black colors. In Europe, Moto Z Play will be available for 499 Euros. It will also be available in US on Motorola.com and Verizon as Moto Z Play Droid Edition at a price of $408 ($17 per month) on September 8.
