We’ve updated a post recently on how to disable the Always on display feature in LG G5. Another Smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S7 which was launched around the same time when the LG G5 was launched also has a similar Always-on Display. Here in this post, we are going to guide you on how to disable Always on display in Samsung Galaxy S7.
How to disable Always on display in Samsung Galaxy S7
Unlike LG G5, Samsung Galaxy S7 allows you to turn the Always on display feature off very easily in a fewer steps.
Step 1: Open the Quick toggles pane by swiping down at the top of the home screen using two fingers.
Step 2: Spot the Always-On display toggle and tap on it to turn the feature on and off according to your convenience.
That’s it. You can now enable or disable the “Always on” display feature in Samsung Galaxy S7.
We’d suggest you not to turn this feature off. Because, to check the time or notifications, you turn the screen on which consumes a lot of battery. As the “Always On” display doesn’t affect the battery life, it’d be better if you’d continue using this feature.
