HUAWEI announced Nova series Huawei Nova 8 and Huawei Nova 8 Pro 5G Smartphone in China. The Nova 8 phone sports a 6.57-inch FHD+ OLED screen with 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. While, the Nova 8 Pro sports a 6.72-inch FHD+ OLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. Both these phones are powered by Kirin 985 SoC with 8GB of RAM and runs Android 10 with EMUI 11.
The phones use AG anti-glare glass technology on the back that reflects light at certain angles. These phones also feature in-display fingerprint scanner and pack 3800mAh and 4000mAh battery, respectively with 66W SuperCharge fast charging via USB Type-C.
Both phones features same quad rear camera a 64MP primary camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP depth and 2MP macro camera. On the front side the Nova 8 phone and houses a 32MP camera inside the punch-hole. While, the Nova 9 Pro phone houses a 32MP ultra-wide camera along with a 16MP portrait camera inside the punch-hole.

While it costs 3699 yuan (US$ 565 / Rs. 41,680 approx.) for the 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version. The phone comes in Midnight Black, Silver, Forest Green and Midsummer Purple colours. It will be available for order from today and will go on sale in China from December 30th.
