OPPO announced the company’s latest mid-range OPPO K3 smartphone in the K series in China. This phone sports a 6.5-inch Full HD+ no-notch AMOLED display from Samsung with 91.1% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by Snapdragon 710 with up to 8GB of RAM, GameBoost 2.0 and runs Android Pie with Color OS 6.0 on top. It features next-gen in-display fingerprint scanner that is 28.5% faster with 10% success rate in unlocking. It has a 3D gradient back with S shaped curve, and packs a 3765mAh battery with support for VOOC 3.0 fast charging.
It features dual rear camera, the primary is a 16MP rear camera along with a 2MP secondary camera. On the front side it has a 16MP pop-up front camera that lifts in 0.74 seconds. As, per company statement the pop-up mechanism has been tested over 200,000 times.

On the front side it has 16MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The mobile packs 3765mAh (typical) / 3680mAh (Minimum) battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging (5V/4A). The phone size measurement is 161.2×76.0×9.4mm and weight is 191g.
Price and availability
The OPPO K3 is priced at 1599 yuan (US$ 230 / Rs. 16,105 approx.) for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version. It costs 1899 yuan (US$ 274 / Rs. 19,130 approx.) for the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage version and the top-end 8GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs 2299 yuan (US$ 332 / Rs. 23,160 approx.). It comes in Nebula Purple, Green and White colors and will go on sale in China from June 1st.
