
HTC announced the company’s latest HTC Desire 12s smartphone after HTC Desire 12, which was announced few months back. The Desire 2s phone sports a 5.7-inch HD+ 18:9 aspect ratio display. It is powered by Snapdragon 435 with up to 4GB of RAM, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with HTC Sense UI. This phone also featured a rear-mounted Fingerprint Sensor.
It has 13 MP front and rear cameras, both with LED flash. It comes with dual SIM support and packs a 3075mAh battery.

The mobile sports a 5.7-inch HD+ 18:9 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 1440 × 720 pixels.
Platform
It is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 435 (4 x Cortex A53 1.4GHz + 4 x Cortex A53 1.1GHz) Mobile Platform with Adreno 505 GPU and runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with HTC Sense UI.
Storage
The device comes in two variants 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, expandable memory with microSD
Camera
It has 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture, PDAF, 1080p video recording and 13MP front-facing camera with f/2.4 aperture with LED flash.
Connectivity and Sensors
The device supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. It comes with Dual SIM and rear-mounted Fingerprint sensor.
Battery and Dimensions
The mobile packs 3075mAh battery, it has a size measurement of 154.2 x 72.7 x 8.3 mm and weight is 150g.
Price and availability
The HTC Desire 12s is priced at NT$5990 (US$ 194/Rs. 13,920 approx.) for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version. While the cost NT$ 6990 (US$ 226/Rs.16,240 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version costs. It comes in comes in Black, Silver and Red colors and already on sale in Taiwan.
