HMD Global announced the company’s latest Nokia X5 smartphone in the ‘X series’ in China. It sports a 5.86-inch HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio 2.5D curved glass display with 84% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 12nm processor with up to 4GB of RAM and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) OS, upgradable to Android P later. It has a glass back and comes with a Fingerprint sensor on the back of phone.
It has dual rear cameras the primary is a 13 MP camera along with a secondary 5 MP camera for AI portrait shots. On the front side it has an 8 MP with AI-powered selfie portraits and beauty mode.

The device comes with two variants 3GB RAM with 32GB internal memory and 4GB with 64GB, the storage memory can be expanded up to 256GB using microSD card.

It has dual rear cameras the primary is 13MP camera with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, secondary 5MP rear camera.
On the front side it has an 8MP camera, f/2.2 aperture, 80.4-degree wide-angle lens.

The mobile supports Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C. It has Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD) and 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio. It also has a Fingerprint sensor on the back of phone.
Battery and Dimensions
The mobile packs 3060mAh (typical)/3000mAh (minimum) battery. It has a size measurement of 149.51 x 71.98 x 8.096 mm and weight is 160g.
Price and availability
The Nokia X5 is priced at 999 yuan (US$ 148 approx./Rs. 10,200 approx.) for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version, and it costs 1399 yuan (US$ 208 approx./Rs. 14,300 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version. It comes in Black, White and Blue colors and will be available for order in China starting from July 19th.
