OPPO A71 with 5.2″ display, 3 GB RAM launched

Oppo has launched the company’s latest smartphone, OPPO A71 in India. The mobile comes with a 5.2-inch display, runs on the combination of an Octa Core processor and Nougat out of the box. But a fingerprint sensor is missing in the mobile. However, let us have a look at the specifications of the device in detail.

The smartphone sports a 5.2-inch HD IPS display at a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

It is powered by 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 64-bit processor with Mali T860 GPU and runs on Color OS 3.0 which is based on Android 7.1 (Nougat) out of the box.

Storage

The device comes with 3 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory that can be expanded to 256 GB using the micro SD card.

Camera

It has a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash, PDAF, f/2.2 aperture and 5MP front-facing camera with 1.4μm pixel size, f/2.4 aperture.

Connectivity

The mobile supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and Dual SIM connectivity features.

Battery and Dimensions

The smartphone supports 3000mAh (typical) / 2900mAh (minimum) battery and weighs 137 grams with 143.1 x 73.8 x 7.6mm size measurements.

Price and Availability

The mobile will be available in Gold and Black colors at a price of Rs 12990 exclusively via Flipkart online in the country.

Our view on OPPO A71

  • At this price, the company should have added fingerprint sensor.
  • We seriously feel like considering the specifications of the smartphone, the OPPO A71 is priced little higher.
