BlackBerry KeyONE in India launched with 4.5-inch display, 4 GB RAM

BlackBerry KeyONE in India is a reality now. As expected, the smartphone with 4.5-inch display and 4-row QWERTY physical backlit keyboard has been launched. Let us now have a detailed look at the specifications and price of the device.

Display

The smartphone sports a 4.5-inch 3:2 display at a resolution of 1620 x 1080 pixels with 433 ppi pixel density and scratch resistant glass protection.

Platform

It is powered by 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 14nm processor with 650MHz Adreno 506 GPU and runs on Android 7.1 (Nougat) out of the box.

Storage

The device comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal memory that can be expanded to 2 TB using microSD card.

Camera

It has 12-megapixel primary camera with dual-tone LED Flash, Sony IMX378 sensor, 1.55μm pixel size, 1/2.3″ sensor size, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, 4K video recording and 8-megapixel front-camera with 1.12µm pixel size, f/2.2 aperture.

 

Connectivity and Sensors

The device is equipped with a fingerprint sensor to provide an extra layer of security besides supporting 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS / GLONASS, NFC, USB 3.1 Type-C and Hybrid dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD) connectivity features.

Battery and Dimensions

The mobile packs 3505mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology and weighs 180 grams with 149.3 x 72.5 x 9.4mm size measurements.

Price and availability

The smartphone will be available at a price of Rs 39,990 exclusively via Amazon.in for the Limited Black Edition color from August 8 in the country.
