The smartphone sports a 5-inch full HD LTPS 2.5D curved glass display at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Platform
It is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor (4 xA53 at 2.36GHz + 4 x A53 at 1.7GHz) with MaliT830-MP2 GPU and runs on EMUI 5.1 which is based on Android 7.0 (Nougat) out of the box.
Storage
The device comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal memory that can be expanded to 128 GB using microSD card.
Camera
It has 12-megapixel primary camera with with LED flash, PFAF, 1.25μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture, secondary 8MP camera and 20-megapixel front camera.
Connectivity and Sensors
The mobile is equipped with fingerprint sensor on board to provide an extra layer of security besides supporting 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS / Glonass, USB Type-C and Hybrid Dual SIM (nano+nano/microSD) connectivity features.
Battery and Dimensions
The smartphone packs a 2950 mAh battery and weighs 143 grams with 142.2×68.9×6.9mm size measurements.
Price and Availability
Huawei Nova 2 will be available in Rose Gold, Obsidian Black, Gold, Grass Green and Aurora Blue colors at 2499 Yuan (US$ 364 / Rs. 23510 approx.) The mobile is available for pre-prder from today and will go on sale in China from June 16.
