Airtel, Idea and Vodafone unlimited plans to compete with Jio’s Dhan Dhana Dhan plan

The free services offered by Reliance Jio has finally come to an end. But this has not stopped the company from wooing its customers with its latest Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer. To compete with Reliance Jio, other three largest telecom operators in the country – Airtel, Idea and Vodafone have also launched similar offers at around the same rates.

These three companies are trying to prevent their customers from subscribing the Jio Prime offer which are available at rates of Rs 309 and Rs 509 that will provide 1 GB or 2 GB data per day for a period of 84 days.

Airtel offers

Airtel Rs 244 pack

Using the Airtel Rs 244 pack, the customers will get 1 GB data per day for 70 days if they have a 4G SIM card and 4G smartphone. There is no any restriction on whether when you can use this data. But, there is a 1 GB FUP limit daily. As per the information from MyAirtel app and on the website, the users will get a maximum of 1200 minutes of free calls to any network per week and 300 free minutes from Airtel to Airtel. Once the user crosses the limit, he will be charged Rs 0.10 per minute.

Airtel Rs 399 pack

Using the Airtel Rs 399 pack, the customers will get around 1 GB data per day if they have a 4G SIM card and 4G data card. Though the offer comes with a tagline of unlimited calls, there is a limit. The users will be able to make maximum calls up to 3000 minutes to any network for a period of 70 days. Once this limit is exceeded, the user will be charged Rs 0.10 per minute. To Airtel numbers, there is a limit of 300 minutes per day and 1200 minutes per week.

Airtel Rs 345 pack

Airtel now provides 2 GB data per day in the Rs 345 pack. There is no any timing restriction this time by the company on this pack. Regarding the calls, the validity and limits are same as in the Rs 399 pack.

When we contacted the Airtel customer care representative, we were informed that the plans are still under process and might go live only on Saturday. The company is also in strategies to bring more similar plans to win the war with Reliance Jio. You must note that the Rs 244 and Rs 399 plans are not available for everyone. You will have to check whether it is available for you in your MyAirtel app.

Vodafone Offers

Vodafone Rs 352 pack

Upon recharging the Vodafone connections with Rs 352, the customers will get 1 GB per day for a period of 56 days (or two recharge cycles divided by 28 days). The plan also allows the customers to make unlimited local and STD calls for the validity period. But, there is no any word yet on the company’s official app or website regarding the plan. You will have to approach the nearest Vodafone outlet for the recharge and further details.

Idea Offers

Idea Rs 297 pack

Idea Rs 297 pack offers 1 GB data every day for a period of 70 days if the customers have 4G SIM and 4G smartphone. The offer also provides 1200 free minutes per week and 300 free minutes per day to Idea numbers. Beyond this limit, the customers will be charged Rs 30 paisa per minute.

Idea Rs 447 pack

The word in the market is that the company has also launched Rs 447 plan for prepaid users that will provide free calls to any network and 1 GB data per day for a period of 70 days. Just like the Airtel plan, the free calls to other networks comes with 3000 minutes for 70 days. When the user exceeds this limit, 30 paisa will be charged per minute. Regarding the calls to Idea numbers, it follows the same plan as in the Rs 297 plan.
