The new Gear VR by Samsung comes with a controller

Samsung announced the company’s first Gear VR headset with controlled which is powered by Oculus at the MWC 2017 in Barcelona. There is no doubt this new VR headset will not only enhance the way VR content is viewed, but also increase its reach out to more people around the globe.

The latest Gear VR controller sports a curved design, ergonomic by providing one-hand control and users will have better interaction. The controller also offers several motion inputs for an enhanced VR experience with touchpad and minimized movement for using back, volume and home keys situated on the controller for a long time.

The device comes with 42 m lenses and offers 101-degree field of view and minimizes motion sickness via advanced distortion correction technology. The latest Virtual Reality device by Samsung supports both USB Type-C and micro USB port. A converter is also bundled with the package.

The latest Gear VR controller weighs 345 grams and has 207.8×122.5×98.6 mm size measurements. The device will support Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 edge, Note 5, S6 edge+, S6 and S6 edge.
