Micromax launched the company’s latest smartphone in the Dual Series, Micromax Dual 5. The mobile boasts features like dual camera setup. Let us however have a brief look at its specifications.

Micromax Dual 5 Specifications


The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch full HD AMOLED display at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with 100% NTSC color gamut and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.


It is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 652 processor (Quad 1.8GHz ARM Cortex A72 + Quad 1.2GHz A53 CPUs) with Adreno 510 GPU and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) out of the box.


The device comes with 4 GB RAM and massive 128 GB internal storage which is still expandable using microSD card.


The mobile has 13MP (monochrome) + 13MP (RGB) primary camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/1.8 aperture, Sony sensors, 4K video recording and 13MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture, 1.12μm pixel size, soft selfie flash, Sony sensor.

Connectivity and Sensors

The smartphone is equipped with Infrared and Fingerprint sensors on board besides supporting 4G  VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4/5 GHz),Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type C connectivity features.

Battery and other details

Dual 5 packs a 3200 mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 technology. It also has FM Radio and 3.5 mm audio jack.

Price and Availability

Micromax Dual 5 will be available in Gold color at a price of Rs 24,999 via Flipkart, Micromax Store and other offline stores across the country from April 10.
