Amazon is very likely to bring Amazon Echo in India. Echo is company’s prestigious smart speaker device which is voice activated. It is powered by Alexa, an artificial intelligence voice assistant.
There are reports that the company is “putting together content and localizing the service”. Amazon Echo was initially announced in 2014 and the device will allow you to ask questions, manage everyday tasks and enjoy music using voice commands. You will get real time answers for questions ranging from stock markets, weather, sports, news, cooking and much more.

On the other hand, Google had launched Google Home Smart speaker which is powered by Google Assistant. Google Home is the direct opponent of Amazon Echo. Since Amazon is already powerful with its services such as Prime Video and Amazon Prime, we can expect Amazon Echo to get more users in the country.
