Meizu announced the company’s latest mid-range Smartphone, Meizu M3X at an event in China. Let us have a look at the specifications of the device in detail.

The Smartphone sports a 5.5-inch LCD display at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with 1500:1 contrast ratio, 85% NTSC color gamut. It is powered by 2.3GHz GHz MediaTek Helio P20 Octa-Core 64-bit 16nm processor with ARM Mali T880 GPU and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Flyme OS. The device comes in 3 GB RAM and 4 GB RAM variants. While the former has 32 GB internal storage, the latter is equipped with 64 GB internal storage.

It has a 12 MP primary camera with dual tone LED Flash, Sony IMX386 sensor, 6P lenses, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, 4K video recording and a 5 MP Selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture. The device features a fingerprint sensor on board to provide an extra layer of security and supports USB Type-C, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz) and 4G VoLTE.

It is powered by 3200 mAh battery with fast charging and weighs 165 grams with 153.8x76x7.4mm size measurements.

Meizu M3X will be available in Obsidian Black, Phantom Blue, Pearl White and Gold colors at 1699 yuan (US$ 247 / Rs. 16895 approx.) and (US$ 290 / Rs. 19,880 approx.) for the 3 GB RAM – 32 GB storage and 4 GB RAM – 64 GB internal storage respectively. You can order it from China from today and it will go on sale from December 8.
