
BlackBerry just launched the company’s Android Smartphone, BlackBerry DTEK50 in India. It was really introduced initially back in July this year. The mobile is equipped with a secure bootloader which uses multi-stage verification to make sure that Android OS is safe from the intruders. Using FIPS 140-2 encryption, the data is protected and the DTEK app will allow you to fix privacy violations by monitoring them. Let us have a look at the specifications of the device in detail.

The Smartphone sports a 5.2-inch full HD scratch resistant-display at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 (4 x 1.5GHz + 4 x 1.2GHz) processor with 550MHz Adreno 405 GPU and runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). The device comes with 3 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 2 TB using microSD.

It has a 13 MP primary camera with 6P lens, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, dual-tone LED Flash and an 8 MP Selfie camera with 84-degree wide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, LED Flash. The mobile supports NFC, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz) and 4G VoLTE. It features a 2610 mAh battery with fast charging and weighs 135 grams with 147×72.5×7.4mm size measurements.
BlackBerry DTEK50 will be available in Black color at a price of Rs 21,990 from November 13 in India.
