Xiaomi announced the company’s latest flagship Smartphone, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 in the Note series.

The Smartphone sports a 5.7-inch OLED 3D dual curved glass display at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with 110 % NTSC color gamut. It is powered by 2.35GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 821 64-bit processor with Adreno 530 GPU and runs on MIUI 8 which is based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). It will be available in two variants of 4 GB RAM and 6 GB RAM. While the former comes with 64 GB internal memory (UFS 2.0), the latter comes with 128 GB (UFS 2.0) internal memory.
It has a 22.56 MP primary camera with f/2.0 aperture, 6-element lens, Sony IMX318 sensor, EIS, dual-tone LED Flash, 4K video recording and an 8 MP Selfie camera with 76-degree field of view, Sony IMX258 sensor, f/2.0 aperture. The device is equipped with Infrared Sensor and Fingerprint sensor and supports 4G VoLTE , WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C and NFC. The gadget features a 4070mAh (typical) / 4000mAh (minimum) battery with Quick Charge 3.0 and weighs 166 grams with 156.2 x 77.3 x 7.6 mm size measurements.
Price and Availability
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 will be available in Glacier Silver and Piano Black colors at a price of 2799 yuan (US$ 410 / Rs. 27610 approx.) for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version and the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version costs 3299 yuan (US$ 486 / Rs. 32550 approx.)
The global variant of 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version with global LTE bands (6 types, 37 bands) comes at 3499 yuan (US$ 516 / Rs. 34,525 approx.) The device is currently available for order in China and will go on sale from November 1.
