Reliance Jio is really creating waves across the country. People were going mad and trying to buy the Reliance Jio SIMs even before the launch of the service. And ever since the launch, we see other telecom operators slashing down the prices to be on par with Reliance Jio network. This has however not decreased the number of persons standing in the queue in front of Reliance Digital and Digital Xpress Stores for a new Reliance Jio SIM.
If you have stood in the queue for a long time many times and haven’t got the SIM yet, then there’s good news for you. According to a report by Telecom Talk, the Reliance Jio is working on a home delivery service to offer Reliance Jio SIMs. We can expect the company to launch a web portal wherein the customers can fill in the application with their basic information such as identity, address, full name and other details. Once the form is filled and submitted, the customer might get the SIM in 5-7 working days. It is definitely better than waiting in line for a long time.
The report also says that the company has already tested the service and it might launch this new way to get a Reliance JIO SIM very soon. Did you stand in line to get a Reliance JIO SIM? Let us know your experience in the comments section below. We’d love to hear about it from you.
