How the exercise will make your memory grow

Exercise will assist you to develop good memories in the brain, in both bad and good times. At the same time, the adversity and stress will reduce the ability of the brain to learn and retain information. But a new study which was experimented in the mice tells us that the regular exercise can prevent those effects by boosting communication between brain cells.

We all know that the memory is saved into the brain cells in the hippocampus, which is the memory center of the brain. For instance, if the memories are not saved in those cells, they will not be available for later.

But very often the way the memories are represented in the brain in a complex form and in some cases they are spread across several brain cells and these cells must be able to connect with one another so that the memory will stay undamaged.

However, more research still needs to be done in this subject and we will have to see if the same applies to the humans as well. Over the next few years, the studies will tell us if the changes will occur in our synapses as well when we exercise.
