Step 2: Tap on the ‘Download and Install’ option to begin the download process.
Step 3: Once iOS 12 update is downloaded, tap on ‘Install and Agree with Apple’s Terms and Conditions’ to begin the installation process.
Step 4: Once installation is done, the device will automatically restart.
I would suggest to download the update on a Wi-Fi connectivity because the file size is big and thus download time may vary based on different devices and the connection speed.

Step 1: Open iTunes from the PC/Mac connected to the internet.
Step 2: Now, connect your iOS device that you want to upgrade to iTunes.
Step 3: Click on the icon representing your device on top.
Step 4: Click on ‘Check for update’ in the Summary tab.
Step 5: Now click on Download and update.
Step 6: Follow the instructions on the screen and iOS 12 update will be installed in your iOS device.
