For those of you who are using Facebook app on Android or iOS

  • Launch the app and select the three horizontal lines icon on the top-right.
  • Scroll down and select Settings & Privacy on Android and Settings on iOS.
  • Select Account Settings.
  • Select Apps.
  • Select Platform.
  • Select Edit.
  • Select Turn off Platform.

Doing so will take out all the third-party apps from your Facebook account. You must note that this can also influence the way you use other apps. In the worst case, you will have to reset your password using the email id to use these apps again.
