WhatsApp, which is owned by Facebook announced last year that it was testing new tools which will let the people to interact with the businesses which they want to reach on the WhatsApp. Today, the company has officially launched a dedicated WhatsApp Business app for Android users to let the small businesses to get the exposure they need via the WhatsApp. This will undoubtedly let the businesses to communicate with more customers and grow their small firms.
The latest WhatsApp Business app has been built on the top of the WhatsApp messenger and comes with all the features that are currently available on WhatsApp such as offline messages, group chat, messaging, calls, multimedia and much more.
Recently, we saw that WhatsApp Security flaw could let anyone enter group chats despite end-to-end encryption. So, it is very necessary for WhatsApp to keep the app secure and provide better features to its users. Besides the existing features, the WhatsApp Business app for Android also comes with a set of new important features such as Auto Reply which will send an automated message to the customers in case if they are unable to reach you.

WhatsApp Business app is already available for download via PlayStore in US, UK, Mexico, Italy and Indonesia. The app has already attained the top spot of one of the free apps available in these regions. The company will roll out the new WhatsApp Business app in India and other regions over the next few weeks.
