Samsung Pay now supports for Bill Payments in India

Samsung announced today that its premium product, Samsung Pay can now handle the payments within the app. With the latest update using Samsung Pay in India, you can pay for Water, Gas, Landline, Broadband, DTH, Electricity and Mobile postpaid bills using the UPI.

The bill payment option on the Samsung Pay is powered by NPCI’s Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS). It will allow the users to view the details of earlier bills, due amount besides suggesting the location-based billers while making any bill payments. You can also access the previous history on Samsung Pay.

The app will also alert you using the reminders in case of any pending bill payments. This latest update has already been available for the Samsung Pay users. In case if you haven’t received this update, you can get it by launching the Samsung Pay app in the Settings section.
