iPhone X via Airtel with Rs 10,000 cashback offer

Good news if you are looking for iPhone X and are an Airtel customer. The telecom operator announced that the Apple’s latest prestigious smartphone, iPhone X will be available via its online store that was launched recently. It has also stated that only the postpaid users of the company are eligible to purchase the iPhone X.

Though iPhone X is currently available for pre-orders on Amazon and Flipkart, it is not listed on the Airtel site yet. By the time you read this post, it might have got listed. However, the telecom operator said that the iPhone X will go on sale through its website at 6 PM IST on November 3, Friday.

Like other online retailers, the Airtel is also providing Rs 10,000 cashback for the Citibank credit card holders. You will have to make the purchases between 6 PM IST and 7 AM IST during the first day to avail this cashback offer.

The iPhone X will be sold to the postpaid customers of Airtel on a first come, first serve basis. There is also no any EMI option. If you are a prepaid user, you will have to switch to a postpaid plan to buy the iPhone X through Airtel.

The iPhone X will be available in two storage variants in the country. While one of them is 64 GB which is priced at Rs 89,000, the other one is a 256 GB variant which will be available at Rs 1,02,000. It is the first smartphone from the Apple to sport a bezel-less display. It is also the first popular flagship in the country to have crossed the 1 lakh price barrier.

To recall, the iPhone X sports a full screen 5.8-inch Super Retina display, sports surgical-grade stainless steel body that is water and dust resistant in addition to the wireless charging and Face ID features. The mobile is powered by A11 Bionic processor that will support the machine learning, 3D gaming and augmented reality. The cameras on both front and the back are said to be one of the best in the current market.
