Facebook has rolled out the Discover tab on its Messenger tab to find the featured bots, businesses and nearby places for the users in India.
The company said,
We are excited to announce that starting today we will gradually be rolling out the Discover tab in India, a new feature in Messenger that makes it easy and simple for people to find and browse bots and business pages.
You will be able to find the Discover tab at the lower right-hand corner of the home screen. Using the tab, you will be able to browse the featured experiences and recently visited businesses besides the bots and Pages in several categories.

This feature was initially launched for the Messenger users in United States after the Facebook F8 2017 Developer conference which was held in April.
The statement also said,
After (finding) promising results in the US, we have decided to launch the Discover Tab in additional countries, including India.
The latest Discover Tab makes use of the new parametric Messenger codes. It means the people can scan the codes via the Messenger camera and link their businesses and brands.
The company has also added chat extensions to Messenger app which will let the many people to chat with the several businesses simultaneously.
The users will also be able to share about a bot in a conversation by adding it directly to the conversation.
