Google announced the company’s latest VR gadget, Google Daydream View VR headset at an event in the US. This VR gadget can be paired only with the Daydream-ready phones or Pixel 2 smartphones. The latest Daydream View has got high-performance lenses, which means you will be able to view with a better field of view in addition to the great image clarity.
All thanks to the two-tone fabric, the headset which will be available in three new colors, Fog, Charcoal, and Coral, is very light and soft. Just like its predecessor, it also comes with the same basic features and controller. It weighs 9.2 ounces and has 6.6 x 4.6 x 3.9 inches size measurements.
The latest headset features a better and wider field of view than its predecessor comes with a removable head strap and a dedicated slot to house its controller as mentioned above in this post. The smartphones that would support the latest Daydream View VR are Moto Z2, Moto Z, Note 8, Galaxy S8, Pixel and Pixel 2 smartphones.
The latest Daydream View headset is already available on Google Store and its shipping will begin on October 17.
