Apple announced the company’s latest TV, Apple TV 4K at its Apple Event in San Francisco. The device supports High Dynamic Range videos or HDR from Amazon Prime Video and Netflix in addition to the HDR10 and Dolby Vision. According to the company, the display will offer much sharp and crisp images using the richer and better true-to-life colors. You will get more details in both the bright and dark scenes.

The iTunes users will get the automatic upgrades of the HD titles to 4K HDR versions once they are available in the library. The latest Apple TV also introduces a Siri Remote with the menu button that is encircled by a new white color. It is powered by the A10X Fusion chip, which is the same one that powers the iPad Pro to provide a 4K HDR experience.e

The high-performance 4K video scaler makes HD content look better than ever on a 4K TV.

The TV app will be available in Canada and Australia besides the US. By the end of 2017, it will be available in more countries such as UK, Sweden, Norway, Germany and France. The TV app will make it very easier for you to get and watch live sport updates just by relying on the voice commands.

Price and Availability

The Apple TV 4K will be available at $179 and $199 for the 32 GB and 64 GB versions respectively. Its pre-order will commence from September 15 and the shipping will begin on September 22.

In India, the device is priced at Rs 15,900 and Rs 17,900 for the 32 GB and 64 GB versions respectively.
