Good news for you if you are developer and a Google admirer. The company has announced its prestigious annual I/O conference for this year and it will start on May 17th and go on till May 19th of this year. The registrations to participate in the event are open at present and it will close on February 27 at 5PM PST (6 30 am IST).
The search engine giant increased the fare of the general admission ticket from $900 in 2016 to $1,150 this year. On the other hand, the academic tickets can be obtained at $375. Just like the old times, the company will follow the lottery system to choose the attendees randomly and publish their names on February 28. Those who gets selected will receive email from Google on more details regarding the event.
The I/O conference is where the Google usually showcases its latest flavor of Android operating system. If you miss the chance to attend the event, do not worry. You can view everything in I/O Live where the event will be live streamed. The expectations are already high this time and we will have to wait few more weeks till May 17 to see what the Google has up its sleeves for the world this time.
The Google I/0 2017 will happen at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California from May 17-19.
