Asus announced the company’s latest Smartphone, Asus Zenfone AR at CES 2017. The device supports both Google’s Daydream VR platform and Tango AR platform. This is the first Tango enabled Smartphone from Asus and the second ever Tango enabled Smartphone next to Lenovo Phab 2 Pro. Let us have a look at the specifications of the device in detail

Asus Zenfone AR Specifications

The Smartphone sports a 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display at a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by 2.3GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 821 processor with Adreno 530 GPU and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) with Zen UI 3.0. The device comes in two variants of 6 GB/ 8 GB RAM and 32 GB/ 64 GB/ 128 GB/ 256 GB (UFS 2.0) internal memory which is expandable using microSD.

It has a 23 MP primary camera with dual-tone LED Flash, Sony IMX318 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 6P Largan lens, 4-axis OIS, 3-axis EIS, Laser AF and an 8 MP Selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture, 85-degree wide-viewing angle. The device is equipped with fingerprint sensor and supports USB Type-C, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11 ac5 GHz 2×2 MIMO and 4G VoLTE. It features a 3300 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.

Asus Zenfone AR will be available in Black color with leather finish and will be available from Q2 2017. There is no any news yet on the pricing of the device.
