Ever since Mukesh Ambani dropped a bomb called Reliance Jio in India, other telecom operators are finding it hard to please their customers. The latest in the news is Vodafone. The company has revised its 4G postpaid tariff plans to withstand the competition, starting from Mumbai. Vodafone has claimed that by using its product Flex, the company is trying to serve a broader spectrum of Audiences.
Below is the summary of the revised 4G postpaid plans by Vodafone:
- 2 GB of 4G/3G data will cost you now Rs 350 (It was Rs 450 earlier)
- 3 GB of 4G/3G data will cost you now Rs 450 (It was Rs 650 earlier)
- 5 GB of 4G/3G data is priced at Rs 650 now (It was Rs 850 earlier)
- 6 GB of 4G/3G data is priced at Rs 750 now
- 7 GB of 4G/3G data is priced at Rs 850 now
- 10 GB of 4G/3G data is priced at Rs 999 now
- 15 GB of 4G/3G data is priced at Rs 1499 now
- 20 GB of 4G/3G data is priced at Rs 1999 now

During the launch of its product, Flex last week, Sandeep Kataria, the commercial Director of Vodafone India said that India has a very large spectrum of people and around 95 percent of them don’t own a 4G Smartphone. Hence, instead of aiming at only 5 million subscribers, the company is aiming at 200 million subscribers as a whole for spectrum email login.
