Meizu M3 with 6-inch display, 3 GB RAM, 4100 mAh battery announced

Meizu announced the company’s latest phablet, Meizu M3 Max at an event in China.

Meizu M3 sports a 6-inch IPS display at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with 450 nits brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio. It is powered by 3 GB RAM and 1.8 GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor with Mali T860 GPU and runs on Flyme OS 5.2 that is based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). The device comes with an internal storage of 64 GB that can be expanded up to 128 GB using microSD.

Meizu M3 has a 13 MP primary camera with 5P lens, Sony IMX258 Sensor, f/2.2 aperture, PDAF, dual-tone LED Flash and a 5 MP Selfie camera with 4P lens, f/2.0 aperture. It also has a fingerprint sensor on board that provides an additional layer of faster security. The Smartphone supports GPS, Hybrid Dual SIM (nano+nano/microSD), Bluetooth 4.1 LE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (5GHz and 2.4GHz) and 4G VoLTE. The gadget relies on a 4100 mAh battery with fast charging and weighs 189 grams.

Meizu M3 will be available at a price of 1699 yuan (US$ 254 / Rs. 16,910 approx.) in Rose Gold, Gray and Silver colors. The device is available for pre-order from today and its pre-sale will begin from September 12.
