Google Cardboard Camera app for iOS now available in Apple App Store

Google Cardboard Camera app for iOS

Google introduced the Google Cardboard Camera app for Android users to help them explore their world of Virtual Reality. The company has now expanded the availability of the app to iOS users by making it available in the Apple App Store. So taking a 3D photo is easier than ever before. All you will have to do is hold the phone vertically in portrait mode, choose record, and then turn around slowly as if you are shooting a panorama.

You can share the VR photos which are taken using the app with your friends and family who own either an Android or iOS device. To do this, you will have to select the desired photos to create a virtual photo album and then click on share. And using Google Cardboard or any other VR viewer, the shared photos can be viewed as if you are really at the scene.

Let us know your views on Virtual Reality in the comments section below. We’d love to hear from you.
