Samsung announced the company’s latest flagship Smartphone, Samsung Galaxy C5 in an event in China.

Samsung Galaxy C5 sports a 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by a 4 GB RAM and Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 (4 x 1.5GHz + 4 x 1.2GHz) processor with Adreno 405 GPU and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow to deliver a great user experience. It comes in two variants of 32 GB/64 GB internal storage. Both the variants can be expanded up to 128 GB using microSD card.

The device features a 16 MP primary camera with f/1.9 aperture, dual-tone LED Flash and an 8 MP Selfie camera with f/1.9 aperture to click great selfies in low-lighting conditions. It supports Hybrid Dual SIM (nano+nano/microSD), NFC, GPS, Bluetooth v 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4 + 5GHz) and is also equipped with a fingerprint sensor on board to offer an additional layer of security.

The device boasts a 2600 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. It will be available in Grey, Silver, Pink Gold and Gold colors and is priced at 2199 yuan (Rs 22,520 / US $335) and 2399 yuan ( Rs 24,555 / US $366) for the 32 GB and 64 GB variants respectively. Samsung Galaxy C5 is currently available for pre-orders in China via online stores and will start its sale from June 17.
