Lenovo launched Lenovo IdeaPad 100S, the company’s latest laptop which is budget friendly at Rs 14999 in India. The laptop will be available for purchase only via Snapdeal and runs on Windows 10.

Lenovo IdeaPad 100S specifications

The Lenovo IdeaPad 100S sports an 11.6-inch HD TN display at a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. It is powered by a 2 GB of 1600 MHz DDR3L RAM and Intel Atom Z3735F processor that is clocked at 1.8 GHz with Intel HD graphics. It comes only with a 32 GB internal storage that can be expanded using the microSD card.

The Laptop supports Bluetooth v4.0 connectivity, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with two USB 2.0 ports, an HDMI port, and headphone and microphone jack. It  also boasts a 2-cell 39Whr battery that is expected to offer 8 hours of battery backup. It has a standard keyboard and a 0.3 MP webcam.

The IdeaPad 100S measures 292x202x17.5mm and weighs 1 kg. The audio section of the laptop supports Dolby Advanced Audio in addition to the two 1W speakers on board. The device comes with an onsite warranty of up to 1 year and will be available in Silver color.

Windows 10 is known to have brought convergence across devices. As far as the specifications (especially the storage department) of the Lenovo IdeaPad 100S are concerned, it is very evident that the company has taken the convergence feature seriously.
