70,000 Le 1S Smartphones sold in 2 seconds in Flipkart, next sale on February 9

Today, LeEco (formerly LeTV), a Chinese electronics Company sold 70,000 Le 1S Smartphones in two seconds on Indian E-commerce site, Flipkart.

6.05 Lakh users have earlier registered to buy Le 1S to make history as it is the highest number of registrations the Flipkart has received so far since its inception. A senior spokesperson from the Flipkart made it public by revealing that the current registrations for Le 1S have crossed the previous records.

Atul Jain, Chief Operating Officer, Le Ecosystem Technology India, told, “The response to Le 1s has been phenomenal. We had stock of 70,000 units for sale. The entire stock was exhausted within two seconds the sale opened.

Le 1S sports a 5.5 inch 1080p display and is powered by MediaTek Helio processor (64-bit octa-core processor) and 3 GB RAM in addition to the 32 GB Storage. The smartphone also boasts 13 MP Primary Camera and 5 MP Selfie Camera. The device comes with Fingerprint Sensor, Metal Body, LTE Support, Quick Charge and a massive 3000mAh battery.

The Smartphone is said to have many exciting features. A 5 minutes of Quick Charge in Le 1S will allow you to use the device for as long as 3.5 hours.

For those of you who have missed the sale, there is a sale for Le 1S coming up again on February 9. Mr. Jain said, “We have announced another sale for Le 1s on February 9. Those who could not buy it today can buy then. Based on response in India, we are confident that we will be among top three smartphone players in the country by the end of this calendar year.
